About Our Company


Studio Y Creations started as a hands-on design and fabrication studio built around the idea that if you can imagine it, you can build it. As the team’s work expanded, so did the scale and variety of projects which included creating durable, high-impact theme parks, parade floats, and attractions for clients across North America and internationally.


Imagination Design Studios was developed as a dedicated branch focused on child-friendly spaces, helping organizations like dental practices, hospitals, therapy clinics, libraries, and churches create environments that feel welcoming, calming, and memorable for kids.


Today, SYC and IDS work side-by-side, combining custom design, sculpting, murals, fabrication, and installation to bring immersive spaces to life.

What You'll Do


  • Represent the brand with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach (email, phone, personalized messaging)

  • Qualify inbound leads using structured discovery frameworks

  • Book high-quality meetings and maintain a healthy pipeline

  • Research accounts to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates

  • Update CRM consistently and follow established sales processes

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and lead quality

  • Track KPIs (volume, conversion rate, meetings booked)

  • Participate in weekly coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews


What You Bring


Must-have:

  • 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proactive, self-motivated, coachable

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach workflows

  • Resilient with objections; curious and solution-oriented

  • Experience working remotely with tracked KPIs (or comfortable learning)


Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with industries like healthcare, education, attractions, or family-focused brands

  • Creative services / design / agency sales exposure

  • Understanding of consultative selling

  • Experience working remotely
